'Once Upon a Time Season 4' Episode 3 'Rocky Road' Recap

'Once Upon a Time Season 4' Episode 3 'Rocky Road' Recap
Everybody's favorite Fantasy series "Once Upon a Time" is back. Now on its fourth season, the series has more surprising twists and turns. Let's have a recap on the third episode of the series' latest season. The speculations on whether Elizabeth Mitchell will be playing as the biological mother of Elsa has gone down the drain.
Mitchell is still the Snow Queen in "Once Upon a Time". However, the recap on Episode 3 by Entertainment Weekly reveals that the Snow Queen is the aunt of both Anna and Elsa. She is the sister of Elsa and Anna's mother, and just like Elsa and Anna's relationship, the Snow Queen had a unique gift of making ice while her sister had none. They were shown to be very close sisters and they have grown to adjust with the other sibling's gift of ice. However, the ice magic caused the Snow Queen to be driven away from the kingdom.
The revelation that shocked many was when the Snow Queen told Elsa that Anna was the one who trapped Elsa in the magical urn. However, there might be something wrong here and it might just be the Snow Queen who did trap Elsa in the magical urn.
Meanwhile, the recap from Hypable was more on the events in the town, and how Emma's adventures have turned out to be. Roland, Robin and Regina still needs to adjust to Maid Marian's arrival in the town. Marian is quite delighted with the fact that she can grab and taste treats anytime she wishes too. A far cry from what she was used to in the magical world where she was originally from.
Town Mayor Mary Margaret organizes her first town - wide event, a fireside chat. Everybody in town seems to be very participative, especially when they were discussing on Elsa and if she is a friend or a foe to their community. Something odd happened to Marian as Margaret and David were trying to make everybody believe that Elsa is a friend - she freezes inside out. Naturally, all present in the fireside chat blames Elsa for Marian's illness.
Emma and David have been keen on having a healthier father - daughter relationship. This is despite the truth about how Emma feels towards her responsibilities as being the town's savior. She really has a worn down confidence primarily due to the recent events in the town. Because of her struggles, her powers have somehow waned and this might prove to be against the town's heroes.
The next episode will prove to be more exciting, so stay tuned.
