Nathan Stanley Signs With Willow Creek Records Nashville
Willow Creek Records Nashville is happy to announce the newest addition to the label's family...singer Nathan Stanley. Not new to the music industry, Stanley is the grandson of Icon and Grammy Award winning artist Dr. Ralph Stanley. With his grandson the King, Nathan is considered by many to be the "Prince of Blue Grass" and heir to the Stanley Music Royalty. With a voice so pure and soul so rich (not to mention his on-stage charisma and good lucks) it's not surprise that Nathan would keep the family tradition alive.
At 21 years young Nathan has been played over 200 dates year since he was only two years old. He's climbed the ranks of playing spoons to helming lead vocals for Dr. Ralph Stanley and The Clinch Mountain Boys.
Throughout his lifelong stint in the industry Nathan has recorded 6 solo records. His 2011 endeavor My Kind of Country was voted "Classic Country Album of the Year" by the National Traditional Country Music Association. He's charted several top 40 songs including "White Dove" which made it all the way to number 1.
His new studio release is scheduled to hit shelves April 15th 2014 on Willow Creek Records. With featured guests such as Jeff & Sheri Easter, Wes Hampton, Vince Gill, Jeff Bates & Judy Marshall, Isaacs, Adam Crabb and many more, the label couldn't be happier about their new artist.
"We are excited to have the opportunity to work with such a talented young man with such a rich musical heritage!" "We look forward to having Nathan as part of our WCR family for a long time to come." Terry Thompson WCR president said.
