'Blackberry Z50' Features and Specs: Blackberry Steps Up Another Smart Invention Awaits
With the secrecy and lack of official confirmations about the rumored BlackBerry z50, speculations about the specifications of the said Blackberry smartphone have surfaced on the internet.
The upcoming model of the BlackBerry z50 may be considered as the descendant of a current model of BlackBerry, the BlackBerry Z10. Several sources state that the CEO of BlackBerry posted online some data and information in Weibo, a social media portal in Chinese, as noted in Eshmor.
There are no official news and data that were published in regards with the full features and specifications of the BlackBerry z50. But, several rumors and speculations spawned a list of the rumored BlackBerry z50's specifications.
For the BlackBerry z50's screen and display, the sources say that it will feature 5.2 inches in size and will show a crystal clear 1080p, 1080 x 1920 pixels, full high definition display.
The BlackBerry z50 is also rumored to pack a 64 bit quad core processor chip to make things run smooth and without hiccups. 8 GB of RAM is also speculated to be featured with the BlackBerry z50, which is a lot; even some desktop computers and laptops carry way less than the rumored 8 GB RAM.
For the rear camera, it is rumored to pack a 13 mega pixel one for clear photographs and video taking.
According to Blackberry, the high-end smartphone is also rumored to run the BlackBerry 10 operating system which was featured with the release of BlackBerry Passport. The said operating system has a list of functions and updated ones as well. The BlackBerry 10 features the BlackBerry Priority Hub, the BlackBerry Blend, and the new BlackBerry Assistant. The BlackBerry assistant works very similarly like the competitor's, Apple, virtual assistant, Siri. Updated user interface and icons are also featured in the new operating system update.
A battery with a capacity of an amazing 3,300 mAh is speculated to power the BlackBerry z50. With that big of a capacity, it would also mean that the BlackBerry z50 may be bulkier than most smartphones on the market or even for some of BlackBerry's lines of smartphones.
No release date or confirmation has surfaced yet.
