Transformers 5 Release Date, Cast, News, Spoilers and More: Is There Any Hope for Michael Bay to be Back and Direct Transformers 5?
Transformers 5 release date is scheduled in 2016 but up until now, there is no news yet as to whether its original director Michael Bay will be back to direct the film. Although the fourth film had earned some not-so-good reviews from movie critics, with all the four movies beating their target gross earnings, it was obvious that there is no stopping the team from producing yet another smashing Transformers movie.
Before we talk about Michael Bay, let's talk about possible Transformers 5 characters. Mark Wahlberg will of course be back to reprise his role. Also, Megan Fox who was present on the first two films is also being rumored to be returning to Transformers 5 full movie. As for Transformers 5 unicron, yes they will be present in the movie and they will have some action with them too.
Now, moving on to Bay, based on Christian Post's article about Transformers 5 news, the director had been offered multiple projects which are in very different realm than of this movie, which would prevent him from directing Transformers 5. The voice of Optimus Prime, Peter Cullen wants the director to come back and work with them again, as he is undeniably a really good director.
