"John Wick" is a 2014 American action thriller film, focusing on the life of an ex-hitman as he comes out of retirement to trace the gangsters that took everything from him.
The movie's plot is one of the most expressively manipulative devices ever seen on film, as per The Atlantic. It was when John Wick (Keanu Reeves) received a gift, a puppy named Daisy, from his wife Helen (Bridget Moynahan). Helen bought the puppy prior to her death and it will serve to help John deal with her parting. In the long run, John managed to connect to the puppy as they eat food together, sleep together, and do road trips together. Regrettably, Russian gang members led by Iosef (Alfie Allen) killed Daisy after John refused to sell his car, which is a vintage '69 Mustang. This positions John in rage, which led him to kill a number of people in the film.
The film cast members include Keanu Reeves as John Wick, Michael Nyqvist as Viggo Tarasov, Alfie Allen as Iosef Tarasov, Willem Dafoe as Marcus, Dean Winters as Avi, Adrianne Palicki as Ms. Perkins, Bridget Moynahan as Helen Wick, John Leguizamo as Aurelio, and Ian McShane as Winston.
Other cast members include Lance Reddick as Charon, Daniel Bernhardt as Kirill, Omer Barnea as Gregori, Toby Leonard Moore as Victor, Bridget Regan as Addy, Keith Jardine as Kuzma, Thomas Sadoski as Jimmy, David Patrick Kelly as Charlie, Clarke Peters as Harry, Kevin Nash as Francis, and Scott tixier as Violinist.
A final trailer in Screenrant presents a summary of the previous trailers the film had. The said trailer also presents the story as well as the combat scenes in a "high octane" as possible. Film viewers will acquire a comprehensive overview of the film.
The film is piloted by David Leitch and Chad Stahelski and executive produced by Mike Witherill. Basil Iwanyk, David Leitch, Eva Longoria, Keanu Reeves are the film producers, with Derek Kolstad serving as writer.
