Carmen Justice of 1 Girl Nation Gets Married

Carmen Justice of Christian music's 1 Girl Nation and Sidewalk Prophets' social media guru Matt Hadley were married on August 15th. Sidewalk's lead singer, Dave Frey, sang some Ed Sheeran "Thinking Out Loud" at the reception.
On Facebook, Carmen writes: "August 14, 2015 I married my best friend. Such a great week of celebration! Now off to Hawaii!!! #hadleypartyoftwo."
In 2012, 1 Girl Nation was formed in Nashville,TN and the band members are Lauryn Taylor Bach, Lindsey Adamec, Carmen Justice, Kayli Robinson, and Kelsey Grimm. In June 2013, the band was signed to Reunion Records, where they released their self-titled debut album. 1 Girl Nation charted at No. 11 and No. 9 on theTop Christian Album chart.
The girls will back later this year with their inspiring sophomore album,Cinema. With a sound that rivals the most admired groups in pop music today - but without the negative messages - 1 Girl Nation challenges listeners to live boldy and authentically for Christ with lyrics like, "If my life was a cinema, what would the story tell..."
Co-produced by Dave Wyatt, Jordan Sapp, and Steve Wilson, the album is full of danceable hooks that will inspire you to "get hype" while being the person God created you to be. The album also features tender, encouraging moments as in the song "Panic," written from the girl's personal struggles: "It's really easy to lose faith when everything around you seems rocky - when you find yourself on your knees crying for help. We have been there and we know everyone has. We wanted to write a song of encouragement and declaration... that we will not panic now because we believe God is in control... we trust the promise that he will never leave our side." With messages of authenticity, surrender, and bravery, 1GN has cultivated the sound of a new generation.
