Trinity Dawson Will Perform at This Year's 30th Annual South By Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival
Former football star turned emerging Urban Inspirational new artist Trinity Dawson continues to promote his Billboard Top 5 debut album, WITH ALL I AM, with high-profile performances and national TV appearances.
Dawson is slated to perform at this year's 30th Annual South By Southwest (SXSW) music festival on The Kingdom Experience gospel showcase this Saturday, March 19 at the Promise Land Church in Austin, TX. The event features acclaimed and rising Gospel and Christian artists including Virtue, Royce Lovett and Da' T.R.U.T.H., among others. Last month, Dawson taped his first nationally televised interview for a special episode on the infotainment program "News One Now with Roland Martin" on cable network TV One. Dawson will also premiere the concept music video to his Top 40 single "Not That Easy" on the show which exclusively premiered on Yahoo! Music in February. The music video broadens the song's concept and shows people stricken with hardships ranging from financial strains to violence to police brutality and national disasters like the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Trinity Dawson kicked off 2016 with a high-profile performance at the BET Celebration of Gospel Prayer Breakfast in Los Angeles, made multiple cameo TV appearances on "Celebration of Gospel 'I'm Lovin It' Music Moments commercial presented by BET Networks and McDonald's," was named to ESSENCE's annual "Get Lifted: 20 Gospel Artists To Watch in 2016" list (View the entire list here: http://m.essence.com/galleries/gospel-artists-to-watch) and ASCAP'S "On The Come Up" Freshman Class Edition. Dawson also headed to Las Vegas for the 31st Annual Stellar Awards, where he was a featured presenter on the Stellar Awards Pre-Show and made red carpet appearances at the ASCAP Morning Glory Breakfast and the Stellar Awards.
