'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' Movie Release Nov 2014, Watch Julianne Moore Interview (VIDEO)
The next Hunger Games movie, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, is set to release to theaters this Fall on November 21st and anticipation for the popular movie grows on a daily basis. Julianne Moore recently sat down to give an interview up the upcoming movie, watch interview above.
The final Hunger Games movies will be split into two cinematic parts based on the novel Mockingjay, the final book in The Hunger Games trilogy, written by Suzanne Collins, and the third installment in The Hunger Games film series.
The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson's Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.
Principal photography on the both parts of the film began on September 23, 2013 in Atlanta, before moving to Paris for two weeks of filming and is set to end in June in Berlin, Germany. Will you go see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 when it releases on November 21st?
