Chris Tomlin Announces 2019 Christmas Tour
Veteran worship leader Chris Tomlin has revealed dates for his upcoming holiday tour. The Chris Tomlin Christmas: Christmas Songs of Worship Tour will launch in Augusta, Georgia on Dec. 2. Chris is returning to many of the same cities as previous Christmas tours (Chattanooga, Knoxville, Newport News, Birmingham, Cincinnati and New York City) which creates the opportunity for an annual Christmas concert tradition for many families.
"This is going to be an incredible night, an intimate night of remembering what the season is all about, remembering what Christmas is about, remembering why we celebrate and why we worship, and remembering our Savior together," said Chris.
The 12-city tour not only offers an intimate evening with Chris but is a one-of-a-kind experience with attendees being presented with the sights and sounds of the holiday season as soon as they enter. There is a brass band playing Christmas carols, photos with Santa, Christmas cookies, artificial snow and more.
The Chris Tomlin Christmas: Christmas Songs of Worship Tour celebrates Chris' favorite time of the year with performances in some of America's most beautiful and historic theaters like the Orpheum Theatre, Tennessee Theatre, Alabama Theatre, the Taft Theatre and more. And for the third consecutive year Chris will wrap the tour in New York City's Beacon Theatre. Tickets will be available Friday, Sept. 13.
