Nichole Nordeman Releases "Maybe" Ahead of New Christmas Album
Singer and songwriter Nichole Nordeman has teamed up with Michael Gungor to record her new and upcoming Christmas release Fragile. Yesterday, Nordeman released the first single off the record, "Maybe."
Nordeman writes," (This is) a pretty unusual Christmas song, but a really important one to me, personally. Maybe it will bring someone to mind. Maybe this is the year for healing that relationship you thought you never would or wanted to.
Meanwhile, Nordeman has also revealed the cover art of Fragile (see above). The cover has been designed by a brilliant artist, Emily Psolka. "I think it so beautifully simple and really reflects the heart of the music," praises Nordeman.
Nordeman is one of Christian music's most respected singer/songwriters, with four No. 1 songs and seven Top 5 radio singles, including hits such as "Holy," "Legacy" and "Brave." Her album Brave debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Christian & Gospel Album Chart. Nordeman also wrote and contributed 17 songs to the 2011 album Music Inspired By the Story, which debuted at No. 11 on Billboard's Christian & Gospel Chart. In 2013, Nordeman contributed to My Hope: Songs Inspired By The Message And Mission Of Billy Graham. Find out more at NicholeNordeman.com.
