WWE RAW Episode 1102 - Live From Montreal Canada

WWE Monday night Raw aired live from Montreal, Canada, on July 7, 2014. The announcers - Michael Cole, Jon Bradshaw Layfield and Jerry Lawler - did the opening welcome, also telling the audience that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon (The Authority) won't be there as they were on vacation.

Roman Reigns made his entrance and was doing a promo for the forthcoming Fatal 4-way main event at battleground wherein he will have to take on John Cena, Kane and Randy Norton. But then, Kane also took to the stage. Reigns called him a lapdog of Triple H, triggering a brawl between the two which the referee wasn't able to break. Other WWE officials poured into the ring - they were Legends Jaime Noble, Fit Finley, Joey Mercury, Dean Malenko and Irwin I. Schyster - to try and help restore order to the show. But Reigns knocked down Noble, gave the spear to Finley and a Superman punch for Kane. Kane backed off. The segment ended. The crowd got fired up. It was time to start the real show.

For those who were there at ringside, most of the rest of the show were just as entertaining and exciting as the Reigns vs. Kane opening drama. In the Usos against the Wyatt Family non-title fun match, Harper pinned the wrong guy but got away with it, with the referee awarding the fight to the Wyatts. In the Alicia Fox vs Nikki Bella match, Nikki had to fight with one hand tied behind her back because that was what was ordered by The Authority, so of course she got clobbered by Fox.

Other RAW results include Rusev defeating Rob Van Dam, Randy Orton defeating Dean Ambrose, Alberto Del Rio defeating Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus defeating Damien Sandow, Chris Jericho defeating The Miz, Divas Champions AJ Lee and Paige defeating the Funkadactyls, Kofi Kingston defeating Cesaro, Bo Dallas defeating El Torito, and W World Heavyweight Champion John Cena defeating Seth Rollins but by disqualification.

The next episode of WWE RAW will air next Monday night, July 14, live from the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia.
