Anita Wilson Teams Up with Yolanda Adams for "Clap Your Hands" & Releases New EP
Ms. Anita Wilson announces the release of her Dance Soul EP on all digital platforms. Dance Soul is a collection of remixes of fan favorites from Anita's three albums, all Grammy nominated in the category of Best Gospel Album. The EP is preceded by the lead single, "Clap Your Hands" featuring Yolanda Adams. The track and its official lyric video provided a high energy launch to the Dance Soul movement.
"I don't put her in a box and others shouldn't either. Anita Wilson is not just a gospel artist. She is a global artist," said Yolanda Adams, Grammy winning icon and trailblazer. "This music is global."
"We spent over a year reimagining the remixes for this album," said Anita Wilson. "I'm grateful that its release has come at such a pivotal time."
Dance Soul is an EP of gospel tunes with dance, house, and disco influences. The music reaches a variety of audiences and inspires movement from the choir stand to the dance floor. The EP debuted in the top 10 of iTunes' Dance charts. With Dance Soul, Wilson's wide range of vocal ability is highlighted through the transformation of versatile songs from ballads to energetic inspiration.
