5 of Our Favorite Jonathan Pierce Songs

Christian music artist Jonathan Pierce has passed away while recovering from heart surgery. He was 49. Pierce began singing in church at age seven and took voice lessons from age nine. Following his graduation from high school, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where he sang with the Christ Church Choir.
In Nashville, Pierce met Naomi Judd who introduced him to The Imperials, with whom he performed for three years (1990-93), he left The Imperials to join the Gaither Vocal Band (1994-97) and then went on to become a solo artist on Curb Records.
As a tribute to Pierce, here's a walk down memory lane as we revisit 5 of Pierce's best songs:
5. "Audience of One" from the album Sanctuary
"There is a song on this project called 'Audience of One.' It centers on my priority about who I please with my life. If I please Him and do everything as He would have me do it, I'll love my brother and be a good human being in our society."
4."Farther than Your Grace Can Reach" from the album Mission
3. "I Believe in Christ" from the album Mission
2. "Carry You with Me" from the album One Love
1. "Run to You" from the album For You
