Tim Hughes Joins Nick & Becky Drake for the New Worship For Everyone Single "The Rock"

Nick & Becky Drake introduce their new Worship For Everyone single "The Rock." The goal of the Worship for Everyone project is to create worship songs that people of all ages, from young kids to senior citizens, can sing too. "The Rock," with its simple and yet powerful lyrics, is the latest song released for this project.
"We have a BRAND NEW SONG out today called THE ROCK!," the Drakes exclaimed. "It features special guest Tim Hughes and is about building our lives on the solid rock of Jesus and his way! There's some great actions to go with it - watch out for those coming soon! "
The song is based on Jesus's story of the wise man who built his house on the rock, while the foolish man built his house on the sand. Nick & Becky Drake are joined by Tim Hughes. Hughes is a veteran British worship leader who is known for staples such as "Here I Am to Worship", "Happy Day", "Beautiful One" and "Jesus Saves." Hughes is also the Lead Pastor at Gas Street church in Birmingham, where Nick & Becky worship.
The press releases states, "The song declares a powerful encouragement to 'stand strong' and 'build your life' on the solid rock of Jesus. It's a song to sing over one another through the highs and lows of life and a reminder that we are secure when we remain in the hands of Jesus. Nick & Becky believe that new song The Rock will really engage all ages, as there is a power in the song for every generation to cling to, and yet there is simplicity to the lyrics, and a perfect song to set to actions."
