Jordan Smith Provides "So Many Reasons" to Be Thankful

Powerhouse vocalist and songwriter and "The Voice" season 9 winner Jordan Smith has released a new song, "So Many Reasons." Following on the heels of previously released singles "Battles" and "Great You Are," all three songs are taken from his forthcoming worship album, released via Provident music.
The message at the heart of the song is one of thankfulness. In the midst of the pandemic, it is easy to be depressed about the things that are going on around us. Smith teaches us to look around us and thank God for his providence and blessings. From the rays of the morning sunshine to a shoulder we can lean on to the colors of a rainbow to friendship, Smith gives us many specific reasons to be thankful.
Here are the lyrics:
[Intro]
So many (So many reasons), so many
La-di-da, la-di-da (La-di-da, da)
So many reasons to sing
[Verse 1]
Melodies in the morning when the sun's awakening
Every day a new story with mercy written in
Like a shoulder to lean on, something money can't buy
Like the colors of the rainbow lighting up the sky
[Pre-Chorus]
With all this beauty that's all around
How could I not make a sound?
[Chorus]
You give me so many reasons to sing (So many)
So many reasons to sing (So many)
La-di-da, la-di-da
La-di-da, la-di-da
And there are so many wonderful things (So many)
About the good that You bring out in me (So many)
You give me so many reasons to sing
[Verse 2]
Like a friend that never leaves you, no matter what you're going through
Can't help myself from smiling, every time I think of You
And even when I'm falling, I hear a voice that's calling
I can't believe You keep on loving me
Oh, You just keep on blessing me
[Chorus]
You give me so many reasons to sing (So many)
So many reasons to sing (So many)
La-di-da, la-di-da
La-di-da, la-di-da
And there are so many wonderful things (So many)
About the good that You bring out in me (So many)
You give me so many reasons to sing
[Bridge]
One, two, three (So many)
I'm so grateful for (So many reasons to sing)
Five, six, seven, eight (So many)
How could I not appreciate? (So many reasons to sing)
One, two, three (So many)
I'm so grateful for (So many reasons to sing)
Five, six, seven, eight (So many)
How could I not appreciate? (So many reasons to sing)
[Chorus]
So many reasons to sing (So many)
So many reasons to sing (So many)
La-di-da, la-di-da (La-di-da, da)
La-di-da, la-di-da
And there are so many wonderful things (So many)
About the good that You bring out in me (So many)
You give me so many reasons to sing
[Post-Chorus]
So many, so many
La-la-la-la, la-la-la
La-di-da, la-di-da (La-di-da, da)
La-di-da, la-di-da-da
So many (So many reasons), so many
La-di-la-di-da, la-di-da, la-di-da, la-di-da, yeah
So many reasons to sing
[Outro]
So many (So many reasons), so many
La-di-da, la-di-da
You give me so many reasons to sing
