Here Are the Lyrics & Video of Bethel Music's "Tend"

Bethel Music has released a new single "Tend." The delicate track, led by Emmy Rose, speaks to God's ability to put us through challenges to prune us and mature us in order to usher in a season of fruitfulness. "Tend" is the second single from their much-anticipated upcoming album, Simple. Listen to "Tend" HERE.
The eleven-song offering seeks to be a reminder to appreciate the little things in life despite all the noise in the world. It also demonstrates that worship does not need to be complicated, it can be as simple as taking a moment to acknowledge and thank God for the moments we are given. Simple will be available on September 23rd and is now available for pre-save/pre-add HERE.
Here are the lyrics to "Tend:"
[Verse 1]
In the landscape of my life
You don't rush through any season
You always take Your time
A careful hand, a gentle guide
You take what's dead away
And You prune what's runnin' wild
[Chorus]
So be the gardener of my heart, tend the soil of my soul
Break up the fallow ground, cut back the overgrown
And I won't shy away, I will let the branches fall
So what You want can stay and what You love can grow
[Verse 2]
Through the winter, I'm still alive
What You've planted in the dirt
Is ever reaching to the light
You prepare me for darkened times
You'll sustain what You have started
And You'll teach me to abide
[Chorus]
Be the gardener of my heart, tend the soil of my soul
Break up the fallow ground, cut back the overgrown
And I won't shy away, I will let the branches fall
So what You want can stay and what You love can grow, grow
[Interlude]
Have Your way in me, have Your way in me
Let it grow, let it grow, let it grow
[Bridge]
I'll remain in You, You'll remain in me
And I will trust Your timin'
I'll remain in You, You'll remain in me
From the start until the endin'
'Cause You know better
[Chorus]
So be the gardener of my heart, tend the soil of my soul
Break up the fallow ground, cut back the overgrown
And I won't shy away, I will let the branches fall
So what You want can stay and what You love can grow
