Apple iWatch Vs Samsung Gear Live: All You Need To Know On The Release Date, Specs And Comparison Of The Two Smartwatches From Apple And Samsung
Now it seems like technology companies are taking things to the next level with the new wearable tech being the new devices in the market. Now, there have been a number of rumors about the release of smart watches in the market with potential products being expected from the likes of ASUS, Nike, LG, Microsoft and others. Apple, Samsung and Google have been in the front line of this production too.
Google recently announced Android Wear which was the first smart watch offered by two companies, Google and Samsung. Now, the new Android Wear was a creation that was produced by the two companies. However, the two companies seemed to have had a disagreement over the production of Samsung's new smart watches, Gear Live.
Samsung's Gear live is made for android though it has been said that Samsung have been making new smart watches that are based on Tizen. This has been the main dispute between Google and Samsung since Google felt that Samsung was not concentrating on their combined project, the android wears.
Well with that said we are yet to see how the new iWatch by Apple will fair against Samsung's Gear Wear. The new iWatch is said to have features like an all in one electronic square that is complete with a touchscreen with its size ranging somewhere between 1.3 to 2 inches, with P-OLED displays adorning Corning's super flexible Willow Glass, possibly hinting at a curved display and all internal circuitry that include dedicated GPS, NFC, proximity, biometric and a whole suite of other sensors. Its band features a number of integrated circuitry that a square device would fit into. The Samsung Gear Live on the other hand shares a similar look to Samsung's Gear 2 and features a 1.63-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with a 320 x 320 pixel resolution. The display is quite good when one is indoors but once you step out doors the clarity of the display leaves something to be desired. The Samsung Gear also boasts of a 2 megapixel camera that comes with autofocus. The device also houses 4GB of internal storage and a 512 MB RAM. To top it up, its water proof and dust resistant and not forgetting that it has Bluetooth 4.0 too.
Now we are not sure of which of the two will be more popular in the market yet though we do wonder if the iWatch will be better than Samsung's Gear wear. We will have to wait and see.
