Javen to hold release concert to celebrate ‘Worship In The Now-Live’ release May 21
Award winning recording artist Javen is readying to release new project titled Worship In The Now-Live. The album is scheduled to release on May 21.
To celebrate the release of the new project, Javen will hold a release concert in Orlando, FL, the same day as the album hits the streets.
The new project will contain 16 tracks also featuring Damita, Marvin Winans, Jr., The Campbell Family, Jonathan Nelson, and LaRue Howard.
Los Angeles artist and actor Javen, started his TV career as a co-host on the “Paula White Show” on BET. Javen frequently appeared on other networks such as TBN, GMC, NBC, to name a few.
Javen was part of numerous productions like ‘A raisin of the sun,” The rock and the rabbi.’
He also produced and delivered music starting with his first single “Never give up on love,” which can be found on his self-titled album.
Later on, Javen released his first independent record ‘Change.’
In 2004, Javen was nominated for the Marlin Awards Best Male Contemporary Solo, Best Male Artist, Best Song, and Best Gospel Performance of the Year. That year he won two out of four awards.
In 2007, Javen won En Sound Music Award for “Best Urban Soul Album of the Year.”
Recently, Javen launched the Worship in the Now Series which is a tow-day seminar on music and worship, songwriting and life lessons.
