Colton Dixon Releases New Summer Single, "UP+UP"

Colton Dixon has released a brand new single, "UP+UP," available across all DSPs today and impacting radio on June 28th. The perfect upbeat sing-a-long song for summer, Dixon will perform the track live for the first time at the annual Christian Music Broadcasters MOMENTUM conference in Orlando, FL. on Thursday, May 30th. "Life is tough, but I believe God wants the best for us," Dixon shares about the song. "Though life doesn't come without trials, I believe that God's plan is to give us hope and a future - a plan that always says 'up and up' again."
"Musically I wanted to mirror the message of this song, which is this - 'don't let life knock you down, but put your hope in God and He will take you 'up and up' again.'"
In addition to just wrapping the succesful spring 2024 "Love & Light Tour" with Jordan Feliz, most recently fans saw Dixon, along with Danny Gokey and Melinda Doolittle, perform a special tribute to their friend, MANDISA, on American Idol. Dixon also released the title track for the feature film SIGHT, which comes to theaters Memorial Day weekend and stars Greg Kinnear and Terry Chen. The stunning music video for "Rest of My Life (From the Original Motion Picture SIGHT)," debuted on his YouTube page this week. 2023 was a landmark year for Dixon. He saw his massive No. 1 hit "Build A Boat" receive nominations for both a K-LOVE Fan Award and GMA Dove Award for Song of the Year, released his bestselling 7-song CANVAS EP featuring the top ten single, "My Light," performed on FOX & Friends and The Kelly Clarkson Show, gave a stunning performance of the National Anthem for The Kansas City Chiefs and had his biggest touring year ever, hitting over 120 U.S. cities.
