Hillsong United Announces Welcome Zion European Tour (Video)
Australia's mega church Hillsong United has just announced their five-date Welcome Zion European Tour. Hillsong United features worship leaders such as Joel Houston, Dave Ware, Jad Gillies, Taya Smith, Matt Crocker among others. They will be visiting Spain, Germany and the UK this September. The tour kicks off in Barcelona on 8th September, before moving on to Madrid (10th). The band then visit Germany, starting with Stuttgart (12th), then Oberhausen (13th), before finishing the tour in the UK at London's O2 Arena (14th).
Hillsong United released 'Zion' last year, debuting at No. 1 on iTunes in eight countries and becoming their highest Billboard 200 debut at No. 5. "Zion" features the hit song "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)," a track that is still reigning at #1 on Billboard's Christian Song chart.
A feature-length movie documentary about Hillsong United, titled 'Let Hope Rise', is being made by Warner Bros. Pictures and Alcon Entertainment for worldwide release on 3rd April 2015. The movie follows the remarkable journey of Hillsong United from youth worship band to worldwide sensation, routinely performing sold-out stadium concerts and selling more than 16 million albums all over the world.
