Bill and Gloria Gaither Gather 200 Friends for "Sweet Hymns of Fellowship"

In a heartwarming celebration of faith and fellowship, Bill and Gloria Gaither gathered with 200 friends, new and old, just outside Franklin, Tennessee, to create a new collection of beloved hymns and gospel songs.
Joined by gospel music legends like Sandi Patti, Jason Crabb, Mark Lowry, The Oak Ridge Boys, the Gaither Vocal Band, Lynda Randle, and Autumn Nelon Streetman, alongside celebrated contemporary artists like Selah, Chris Blue, Joseph Habedank, and many others, the event united generations of gospel music talent.
This powerful musical gathering reflects the enduring impact these timeless melodies have had on countless lives, inspiring heartfelt worship and community. Sweet Hymns of Fellowship is set to release on January 24, 2025, digitally, CD, and video as part of the Gaither Gospel Series.
In this extraordinary gathering, voices united in praise, lifting songs such as "Love Lifted Me," "I Surrender All," and "Sweet Hour of Prayer." The experience, steeped in fellowship and the presence of the Holy Spirit, is an invitation for listeners to join the chorus and draw strength as one body in Christ.
"Pulling together 200 artists for this project was no small feat, but it was worth every effort to create something so extraordinary," shared Bill Gaither. "This moment is about more than music-it's a celebration of history, legacy, and the timeless power of hymns that connect us all."
Over the course of their legendary careers, Bill and Gloria Gaither have penned more than 700 songs, earned eight Grammy Awards, over 40 Gospel Music Association (GMA) DOVE Awards, and been named GMA Songwriter of the Year eight times. Inductees of both the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame, the Gaithers continue to inspire generations through their music, ministry, and leadership. Most recently, the couple received the prestigious Jackie Patillo Leadership Award at the 2024 GMA DOVE Awards, recognizing their remarkable legacy in the gospel music community.
Sweet Hymns of Fellowship will also be featured as a television special, debuting on TBN on February 1, 2025, and airing on RFD-TV and other networks. Get the full TV schedule online at Gaither.com.
