Though there probably won't be any Academy Award winning songs, one thing is for sure: Frozen didn't just end in the big screen. Yes, you got it right, Elsa and the gang is officially joining the cast of Once Upon a Time Season 4 and judging by the stills going around the internet of Elsa and Kristoff deep in conversation, there is going to be more than just political talks and singing. Adam Horowitz, the show's executive producer, shared that they were 'delighted' to have the hit-movie's story and characters included in the latest season of Once Upon a Time.
Fan-favorite, Queen Elsa of Arendelle will be played by Georgina Haig while lovable sister Anna will be played by Elizabeth Lail. Anna's love interest and everyone's favorite ice peddler, Kristoff Scott will be portrayed by Micheal Foster and her former love interest, Prince Hans of the Southern Isles will be played by Tyler Jacob Moor. John Rhys Davies was also announced to be included as Pabbie. It was also reported that Elizabeth Mitchell, known for her performance in Lost, is also part of the cast of Once Upon a Time season 4, however, her role has yet to be released. A possible plot twist? We definitely think so.
Reprising their roles would be Jennifer Morrison (Emma Swan), Colin O'Donoghue (Captain Hook), Jared Gilmore (Henry Mills), Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White), Micheal Socha (the Knave of Hearts on Once Upon a Time in Wonderland) and Josh Dallas (Prince Charming)
The series is currently filming in Vancouver, Canada and will air on ABC on September 28. Don't forget to catch a sneak peek of Once Upon a Time Season 4 and be prepared to get frozen!
