There is news going around that Kate Middleton is pregnant and this time we have heard of possible twins, and here we are to do the royal baby bump royal watch. Kat Middleton, who looked pregnant today, joined Prince William and Prince Harry at the tower of London for the ceramic Poppy Field of remembrance ceremony although we have to admit that she wasn't looking her best. We know that Kate is always pretty and radiant but on contrary, the photos from the event show that she was looking rather pale and a little bit gray as if she was suffering morning sickness, with a second child's pregnancy. We also have to deal with the rumors that she suffered a miscarriage which has not yet been confirmed or denied by the palace.
