This should come as good news for the Ultra Street Fighter 4 PC fans as we now have information on the release date, upgrades, mods, announcements, characters and game play for you. The new game will be released on 9^th August. The retail copies for Xbox 360, PC and PS3 will be available.

There are many changes in the game. To start with, there are five new characters, Hugo, Rolento, Elena, Poison and Decapre. There are also 6 new battle arenas in the game. The press release we received said, "the new version features a host of new features and modes are sure to test even the most well-travelled world warrior." The Street Fighter Wiki says that those are the Elimination modes and Online training. The Online training is learnt from Tekken where you could practice with another person, a partner, in the internet, while the Elimination modes are learnt from King of Fighters which has the three-on-three battle mode.

Also included are the Ultra Combo Double, Delayed standing and red focus attacks. All these and a digital upgrade, you get for US$15. Sadly, there is no cross-platform multiplayer. The Street Fighter 4 tournament evolves to a completely new level with the Ultra Street Fighter 4. It has continued with the tradition of excellence that it is well known for. There is rebalanced game play and original modes of topping up this irresistible offer.

There are several new modes and features which include Team battle mode, online training mode, red focus, delayed standing, ultra combo double, edition select, disc and digital recovery. The game is available via retail, full download or digital upgrades. Capcom also announced that if you are yet to pre-order your copy of Ultra, you have to do so fast as purchasing the game early will give you access to the unique costumes created for the 5 cast members. The game is also officially available through stream as both complete retail release and digital upgrades. All you need to do is to download the game. It will be the first game in the series to stream online.
