Gospel Singer Sharonda K. Mitchell is Cancer Free

Gospel singer, Sharonda K. Mitchell has revealed that she is now cancer free. She was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) on January 4, 2022, an aggressive form of the disease that lacks estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 receptors, making it more challenging to treat with standard hormone therapies.
Most will recognize Mitchell from the radio hit single "My Love Song" and for performing with Smokie Norful. She's also the founder and Executive Director of the youth performing arts nonprofit, Perfecting Gifts.
Sharonda is now channeling her pain into new music and celebrating the goodness of God in a new music concert, called Melodies for Miracles! At the concert, Mitchell will be singing selections from her powerful new album, VoiceNotes. She stated that the album is called "VoiceNotes" because as she dealt with the pain and heartache of her diagnosis, God would give her inspirational revelations that she would sing into her phone's Notes app.
Mitchell writes, "This isn't just an album or a concert-it's a creative explosion of my battle, my breakthrough, and my most soulful, desperate questions and conversations with God.Join me in Memphis for Melodies for Miracles-a transformative night where raw emotion meets divine artistry and ministry in motion."
Miracles for Melodies will take place on June 1st at 5pm in Memphis, TN.
Other musical guests will include Pastor Wess Morgan and Stellar Awards nominee, Pastor Courtney Franklin.
