Pastor Mike Jr. Makes History with Seventh Consecutive No. 1 with “Amen”

Acclaimed gospel artist and faith leader Pastor Mike Jr. (PMJ) has once again made chart history with his latest single, "Amen," which has reached No. 1 on Billboard's Gospel Airplay Chart. This marks his seventh consecutive career-opening No. 1, a groundbreaking achievement that solidifies his status as one of gospel music's most influential and consistent hitmakers.
Since his explosive debut with "B!G" in 2019, Pastor Mike Jr. has taken the gospel world by storm, delivering hit after hit with chart-toppers like "I Got It," "Amazing," "Impossible," "Windows," and "Miracles." With the success of "Amen," he becomes the first artist in Gospel Airplay history to begin his career with seven straight No. 1 singles.
"I'm so grateful to God and every person who has supported this journey," said Pastor Mike Jr. "'Amen' is more than a song-it's a declaration of faith, hope, and victory. I pray it continues to uplift and empower people across the world."
"Amen," released in January 2025, features PMJ's signature blend of bold faith, urban flair, and soul-stirring production. The single has quickly become a fan favorite, garnering massive radio support and millions of streams across digital platforms.
In addition to his music, Pastor Mike Jr. serves as Senior Pastor of Rock City Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where he leads a growing congregation and community-focused ministry. His impact extends beyond the stage and into the lives of thousands through his preaching, outreach, and mentoring.
"Pastor Mike Jr. continues to lead a powerful movement through both his music and ministry," said a representative from Black Smoke Music Worldwide. "He is redefining what it means to be a gospel artist in today's world-relevant, real, and anointed."
"Amen" is available now on all major streaming platforms. The official music video can be viewed on YouTube.
