Lecrae Announces First Studio Album in Three Years

4X GRAMMY® Award-winning artist, author, actor and activist Lecrae is gearing up for the release of his highly-anticipated tenth studio album, Reconstruction, due August 22. His first full-length outing in three years, the LP is primed for widespread acclaim and features guest appearances from T.I., Killer Mike, Jon Bellion, Fridayy, and respected voices from the faith-based community such as Madison Ryann Ward, Torey D'Shaun, Jackie Hill Perry, Propaganda, MEEZO!, Aklesso, and Hollyn.
Pre-save/order HERE.
Ahead of the album's release, Lecrae reunites with Christian rapper Torey D'Shaun on the raw and reflective cut "Bless You." The track showcases Lecrae's no-holds-barred edge that fans have come to appreciate. Meanwhile, Torey matches his intensity in both voice and presence, culminating into a coming-of-age story that instills hope in believers around the world. Listen HERE.
Leading up to the release of Reconstruction, Lecrae revealed the features on the album with a one-of-a-kind mailer that went out to 1,000 of his most active supporters. As a special treat to fans, each mailer included a handwritten note from the Reach Records founder, an early preview of the release date and album features, and a QR code linking to The Workshop - an online community where fans are able to access early music, content, and engage to earn points for incentives.
Beyond the music, Lecrae has fostered a direct relationship with his local community. Last Monday (July 21), the Grammy-winner held the first Reconstruction Listening Experience in the heart of Atlanta alongside nonprofit City Takers. With over 100+ people in attendance, both fans and residents alike received an early preview of the music and joined Lecrae in assembling backpacks filled with essential school supplies for students across the city.
Continuing his mission of bringing Christ to the culture, Lecrae now gears up to release his first solo project since 2022's Church Clothes 4 LP. Preceded by May's collaborative mixtape, Get Well Soon, with Bay Area's Miles Minnick - and his latest single "Tell No Lie" featuring Jackie Hill Perry - the Grammy-winner is setting the tone for an unstoppable and intentional run.
Stream "Bless You" above, pre-save/order Reconstruction and stay tuned for more.
