TobyMac Teams Up with Jamie MacDonald on a New Version of "God Did It"

Seven-time GRAMMY® Award winner TobyMac kicks off the new year with the release of his latest single, "God Did It," featuring rising Christian artist Jamie MacDonald. Co-written by TobyMac, Jordan Mohilowski, and Benji Cowart, "God Did It" delivers an energetic, faith-filled anthem that celebrates God's miraculous work in life's most challenging moments. With its infectious hook and dynamic blend of pop and hip-hop elements, the song proclaims a message of gratitude and awe: some victories can only be explained by divine intervention.
Jamie MacDonald, who recently signed with Capitol CMG, adds a fresh vocal dimension to the track. Her passionate performance complements TobyMac's signature sound, making "God Did It" a standout collaboration.
"This song is my testimony," shares TobyMac. "There are times when you just know-there's no way you made it through on your own. God was in it. He did it."
"God Did It" has already begun climbing the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart, debuting at No. 35, and has been met with enthusiastic praise from fans and critics alike. The single's lyric video is available now on YouTube, offering a visual expression of its uplifting message.
The song is part of a series of monthly single releases leading up to Heaven on My Mind, TobyMac's tenth studio album. The new project chronicles his journey from loss and searching to renewed hope and deeper faith, promising an honest and inspiring listening experience.
