Sherwin Gardner Earns Multiple Marlin Awards and Flashes Flow Masters Gospel Showcase

The Caribbean's global gospel ambassador, Sherwin Gardner, has won three awards at the Antilles' most prestigious gospel awards program, The Marlin Awards. The Trinidad & Tobago native's worldwide smash "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)" was one of the biggest hit recordings of 2024, racking up over 2 billion TikTok views and 30 million digital streams. It won a Marlin as Outstanding Song of the Year and Gardner also won one as Outstanding Afro Pop Recording Male Artist of the Year. Gardner's "Follow" collaboration with Bahamian star on the rise Colyn Kristopher earned them a Marlin for Outstanding Caribbean Pop Recording.
In this swirl of activity, Gardner also launched his first Flow Masters Caribbean Gospel Showcase in the Bahamas. The event sponsored esteemed music executives from the United States such as the Reach Gospel radio network's program director Destiny Diggs and Twelve18 Collective's Alex Todd (who has managed the world's most famous rapper Drake)) to judge the talent of the fourteen participating acts. Todd has already signed one of the acts, Trenika, to a management contract.
The journey continues for Gardner who is in the studio working on new music for himself as well as developing other acts for the stage and the recording booth. "I believe this is only the beginning and the best is yet to come," he says.
