We are honored to be able to chat with the movie's producer and actresss Sharon Oliphant for this exclusive interview.

Q: This is FaithChannel Productions' first original feature film. How did it feel to be part of such a milestone project, and what do you think makes Christmas at the Cabin stand out from other holiday films?

Really exciting! This was a milestone moment for many of the creatives behind the scenes. I knew when I sat down with Faith Channel we were all in a powerful place of wanting to grow and put something amazing together. Really thankful for Faith Channel. This was also my first optioned project professionally as a Producer. Taking someone's work and hoping to get it made is a lot of pressure. But it turned out better than I could have imagined.

Q: The movie was filmed on location in Breckenridge, Colorado, known for its stunning winter scenery. Can you share a memorable behind-the-scenes moment from shooting in the snow?

Breckenridge was absolutely incredible. Every day was memorable there. I think the most amazing day for me was being in town one evening and a massive Moose was walking through the streets with us as we went to dinner. It started snowing and I found myself in this magical winter wonderland.

Q: The story centers around love, forgiveness, and finding joy amid life's imperfections. How did you connect personally with these themes while bringing your character (or vision) to life?

Many people don't actually have the cozy real life holiday experience that most Christmas movies portray.

What I love about "Christmas at the Cabin" is we showed real people, going through real struggles, who are finding themselves in a place where they need to be raw and honest with each other.

I connected with that in a big way.

Q: The film blends faith, family, and humor in a very natural way. How did the team strike that balance without losing the heart of the story?

Oh it was immediate chemistry. Five professional actors at work,  but also close friends. We experienced some really fun elements behind the scenes which kept us laughing.

We all share a reverence for the work, but don't take ourselves too seriously. So there was no ego or drama. It was incredibly refreshing.

Q: You worked with a talented ensemble cast, including Todd Terry, Marianne Haaland, and Corey Cannon. What was the dynamic like on set, and how did that chemistry translate to the screen?

I worked closest with my scene partner Stacey Sheffield. And I have to say, he blew me away. True integrity and true talent. I had an absolute blast in the group scenes with Marianne and Corey.

We actually had some of the most fluid and authentic scenes unfold I think I have actually ever been a part of. So much authentic talent on that set. It was a true joy to be part of.

Q: What do you hope audiences take away when they watch it this holiday season-whether in theaters or at home?

I hope they see something of themselves in "Christmas at the Cabin." And that we are all looking for connection at the Holidays. But sometimes not everyone gets to experience it because LIFE is hard. We are human and living in an imperfect world. There are challenges which we need to rely completely on the Lord to overcome. I absolutely hope that the audiences laugh, cry and want to hug their loved ones.

God bless you all. Thank you for letting me share. Have a wonderful day
