We have the latest news for you on the characters list update, movesets, rumors, predictions, abilities and spoilers of Super Smash Bros 4. Updates from Masahiro Sakurai's Miiverse page regarding Super Smash Bros 4 reveal that there is a new combinable and character trophy. There is an addition to the characters; the daybreak combinable item which is similar with the dragon.
"You can fire shooting items while moving backward and forward. Change direction by flicking the Control Stick or Circle Pad toward the back of the fighter." This was said by Sakurai. Sakurai disclosed that it will be the prince of the Sable Kingdom. He however, clarified that the Prince will not be available as a playable character. "He's the prince of Sable Kingdom. He's from the Game Boy game Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru, which is translated as the frog for whom the Bell Tolls' which was released in Japan," Sakurai further describes.
Sakurai even goes ahead to provide further information about what the fans should expect. He says, "He transforms into a snake or a frog, and unloads multiple attacks on any opponent he catches. Keep attacking your foes when they're trapped in his dust cloud." Three new characters were revealed in an earlier report; two characters from the Fire Emblem and one character from F-Zero. The characters from Fire Emblem are Lucina and Robin while the other from F-Zero is Captain Falcon. All the three new characters will be part of the playable character list.
It is revealed by sources that Lucina will retain her original form in the game. Robin, however, is rumored to be made available in two different forms; male and female. To differentiate the two characters, different costumes will be used and new abilities will be different according to the form. It has been revealed, from unconfirmed reports, that Meta Knight from Kirby and Ness from Earthbound might be included in the roster. Fans who were present highly appreciated the addition of the new characters. The game will be out on October 3 for 3DS and this holiday season for Wii u. a complete list of the character roster can be found on the Super Smash Bros 4 official site.
