Renowned Christian hip-hop artist Trip Lee is embarking on a bold new musical direction with a worship-focused project designed for congregational singing and corporate worship settings, marking a significant creative evolution for the acclaimed artist.

Known for his impactful storytelling and gospel-centered artistry, Trip Lee announced the project during a recent appearance on the Southside Rabbi Podcast, revealing that the collection - titled "Brag Worship" - reflects a deep desire to craft songs that function not merely as personal expressions but as communal anthems of praise.

"This worship project is something I'm really excited to share with people," Trip Lee explained. "When people hear 'worship project,' they may think it's just rapping with worshipy hooks, but these songs are meant for Christians to sing together - in churches, small groups, and gatherings."

Departing from the typical style of his past releases, Brag Worship is intentionally written to be sung within a corporate worship context. Trip Lee has also enlisted a diverse lineup of vocalists - including Naomi Raine (formerly of Maverick City Music), Madison Ryann Ward, DOE, Jonathan Traylor, Taylor Hill, and Leah Smith - ensuring the project bridges artistic creativity with communal accessibility.

The project is rooted in Trip Lee's conviction that worship is not limited to traditional genres but is a holistic response to the greatness of God - an expression that unites believers in acknowledging God's majesty, goodness, and sovereignty.

Trip Lee's last full project, The Epilogue, was released in 2023, and his new musical venture represents both a spiritual and artistic progression that few have witnessed from the artist to date
