The Fast and Furious 7 Now Slated for an Earlier Release; Paul Walker's Character Brian O'Conner Will Be Retired and Not Killed, Brothers Filling Up for Late Actor's Role
It has been confirmed: the upcoming latest addition to the much-anticipated high-speed franchise - Fast and Furious 7 - is now set to come out in theatres a week earlier than planned. Universal Pictures has just announced in a recent interview for The Hollywood Reporter that the Fast and Furious 7 release date has now been moved to April 3, 2015, which was formerly set on April 10, 2015. The release date was supposedly in itself already an allowance due to the production delay after Paul Walker's death November of last year.
According to several Fast and Furious 7 latest news, the studio had figured that an earlier release would allow for more international show dates if they are planning on a worldwide day - and - date opening.
The much-awaited instalment in the series will feature its returning cast ensemble consisting of Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Elsa Pataky, Lucas Black and, of course, the late Paul Walker, who passed away in a fatal automobile accident a few months ago. The Fast and Furious 7 array of action stars will also feature Jason Statham, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Kurt Russell and Ronda Rousey.
In addition, two brothers of Paul Walker, Cody and Caleb, will also fill up the late actor's role, some of which he had already completed during filming prior to his Nov. 30, 2013 car crash.
Don't forget to catch the Fast and Furious 7 full movie which will come out on April 3, 2015 only in theatres!
