Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the ComplexCon incident as an attempted murder. No arrests had been reported in the latest updates.

Chicago rapper Lucki was helped toward a vehicle with blood visible around his face and neck on Saturday after a confrontation at ComplexCon in Los Angeles. The incident happened on the opening day of ComplexCon's 10th anniversary edition at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

What's confirmed: Videos show Lucki injured and bleeding. According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, an unknown person struck Lucki in the face around 4:40 p.m. in a parking lot, leaving a laceration on his neck. The same sources say another person was stabbed and that police found two more injured people, for four victims in total. Three are reported to be in stable condition. Lucki reportedly told a fan he was "good," and sources close to him say he is recovering. We could not find an official LAPD statement describing his injury.

What's not confirmed: Reports link the clash to people associated with Playboi Carti, but there is no established evidence that Carti personally struck Lucki or ordered an attack. Carti appears in footage from the scene, but reports say he was watching from a distance. He serves as an artistic director of this year's ComplexCon alongside designer Hiroshi Fujiwara. What started the fight, who was involved, and how many suspects there are remain unclear.

Background: The two rappers traded words online in 2024 after Carti took a Lucki post as a shot at him, which Lucki said was not aimed at Carti, and the dispute appeared to cool.

Statements: As of the latest reports, neither Carti, his team, ComplexCon, nor Los Angeles authorities had issued a formal public statement about the incident. The video also raised safety concerns among fans online.
