GOOGLE NEXUS 8 Price, Specs, Release Dates and Other Rumors: There Will Be No Nexus 10.2 but There will be GOOGLE NEXUS 8
We may not be getting a Nexus tablet with a 10.2 inches screen but we will be getting a Google Nexus 8 soon on the market. It was just confirmed that Google is working on developing an 8.9 inches slate tablet that will be very monstrous. Some reliable sources have also leaked out the information that this latest project of Google will be made by the giant mobile company, HTC. As evidence, there have been some reports than an HTC tablet had just passed through the National Radio Research Agency in South Korea, which we are all considering to be Nexus.
So what is this tablet going to be like? We already know that its target is to compete with the popular Apple product iPad Mini but what else is there? For one, it is said to have higher performance than its predecessor Nexus 7. The device will have aluminum zero gap construction, stereo-facing speakers, an 8MP OIS main camera and a 3MP front camera. It will also be running on a 2GB RAM and will of course have the capability to go LTE, the current fastest internet connection.
With these latest developments, it is of no surprise that this device will cost a little bit more expensive than Nexus 7. It is currently being pegged to go from $350-500. Rumor has it that it will be made available to avid fans of Google by the fourth quarter of the year. Until then, we will keep you posted for more developments about this latest Google innovation.
