The Walking Dead Season 5 Gets an October 2014 Release Date; Plus: Release of Two Disturbing Trailer Videos Implying Things Will be Bad for Rick Grimes and Crew and that Something is Possibly Wrong with Lizzie
Two teaser trailers had just been released to get fans excited for upcoming The Walking Dead Season 5. In the first 10-second teaser video nothing very much revealing is given away though it does hint that things are not so good for Rick Grimes (played by Andrew Lincoln) and his crew.
As shown in the 10-second video, people from Terminus are seen entering the train car this time with gas masks on their faces. The next scene shows Daryl Dixon (portrayed by Norman Reedus) with a very worried and troubled expression.
As if on cue, sealing off the tense and creepy mood, Sasha (played by Sonequa Martin) quips before the clip ends: "We don't know what's coming next."
If that was not yet enough to lure you in, the second teaser video released by AMC is arguably a tad bit more disturbing than the first one. A deleted scene depicts Carol Peletier and Tyreese (both played by Melissa McBride and Chad Coleman respectively) along with Lizzie (Brighton Sharbino), Mika (Kyla Kenedy) and baby Judith as they make their way down the train tracks. Tyrees suddenly tells the kids to close their eyes as he wanted to prevent them from seeing something, yet Lizzie still managed to see the scene right in front of them: a ravaged campsite with an empty baby carrier, and that didn't faze her one bit.
The scene offers fans a peek at the possibility of Lizzie being deranged, which many of you might have guessed at as well from the looks of Season 4.
Don't forget to catch The Walking Dead Season 5 release on October 12, 2014!
