It is happening at last! After the TV version of HBO's hit series 'Entourage' had bid farewell last 2011 with eight seasons and ninety-six episodes, a movie version is next to provide us with hilarious excitement and fun. The filming is all done and is set to be released by summer 2015, although Mark Wahlberg is pitching in for an earlier release date and a sequel.
Wahlberg have seen the film and have loved it so much, he can't stop talking about it. If everything is in his hands, he would want it to be released earlier and for them to start preparing for a sequel before it is too late. The film is just that awesome, he says. It took them three years to pin down the movie in place, and for those wondering as to why, they said they just needed to get it right and written right and that took time.
Meanwhile, Jerry Ferrara had paid tribute to the tenth anniversary of the show by posting to his own blog about his experiences while filming the TV version. He talked about being the first face we see on the first episode and the last one on the finale. He talked about his nervousness on set, the people he encountered and just how grateful he is for the entire experience. He also talked how much he and his old pals just love shooting the Entourage film and how it still boggles his mind.
Ferrara will be reprising his role as Turtle on this 'Entourage' film set out to hit the theatres by June 12, 2015.
