Person of Interest Season 4: The Battle of AIs, New Identities, Dystopia, and a New Police Captain - The New Season Will Renew Your Interest in the Person of Interest!

The Person of Interest is back for a fourth season!

The new season is going to keep you hooked to the TV screen as the show focuses on the battle of two artificial intelligences: Samaritan AI and The Machine. At the end of Season 3, Samaritan AI is on full watch, and unfortunately for Reece, Root, Finch and Shaw, they take on new identities to survive and hide from the watchful eyes of the Samaritan. The Machine helps the guys do just that.

Regardless, Samaritan AI will make sure that nothing gets easier as this machine will constantly challenge the guys from keeping anything organized. To make the new season even more exciting, Samaritan AI is now indifferent to the notion of humanity, and dystopia is what this season is going to be all about.

Keep in mind though that what makes this show different from the other series is not the usual man vs. machine part of the plot, but that the seemingly obvious villain - the Samaritan AI - is still not the real culprit here. The show will continue to tell you that the machines are just machines. There are humans behind these machines, and it is these people you should be blaming and hating for the chaos that follows the third season.

On the side note, the new season introduces actress Monique Curnen. She is now the new police captain, taking the role of Felicia Moreno, and she will be doing the best she can to regain control over the incessant crimes that Samaritan is mainly responsible for. Not much can be said of Captain Felicia Moreno at this point, but she is definitely a character to watch out for.

All this said, you wouldn't want to miss out on the new season of the show! "Panopticon", the show's starting episode on CBS starts at 10:00 PM on September 23, 2014.
