Night at the Museum 3, one of Robin William's last films promises a wonderful conclusion to the family flick trilogy

It would seem that even with the untimely death of genius comedian Robin Williams that he has left us four films to look forward to watch with one of those being Night at the Museum 3. To note, the final title for the family comedy film is Night at the Museum: The Secret of the Tomb.

Like the first two films, Night at the Museum 3 will be going around the unlikely adventures of Ben Stiller and his unlikely set of statue friends that come alive at night. This time they are headed over to London to find out more on the magical tablet, The Tablet of Ahkmenrah, that has been responsible for their nightly adventures. Their travels is due to the fact that the artifact is seemingly losing its power and that they much band together to save the magic before it dies out for good. Ben Stiller will be reprising his role of Larry Daley, the dutiful night watch guard and Robin Williams reprised his role of Teddy Roosevelt.

Aside from Stiller and Williams, they will be joined by an all star cast of both old and new ones in Night at the Museum 3 including Owen Wilson (Jedediah), Steve Coogan (Octavius), Rachael Harris (Madeline Phelps), Patrick Gallagher (Attila the Hun), Rami malek (Ahkmenrah), Mizuo Peck (Sacagawea) Skyler Gisondo (Nicky Daley), Rebel Wilson (Mindy), Ben Kingsley (Ahkmenrah's Father), Dan Stevens (Lancelot), Ricky Gervais (Dr. McPhee) and Bill Cobbs (Reginald). Also in the film are Mickey Rooney (Gus) and Dick van Dyke (Cecil Fredericks).

The film is directed by Shawn Levy and its screenplay was written by Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon, Michael Handelman and David Guion.

The Night at the Museum 3 trailer recently released promises fans not only a great and fun-filled farewell to the loved historical-comedy film but also to a beloved actor and comedian.

The Night at the Museum 3 full movie will be out in cinemas on December 19 in time for the Christmas holidays.
