Media Fetcher posted an article which reported the death of Sylvester Stallone due to a vehicular accident. It read, "Actor Sylvester Stallone died in a single vehicle crash between Ipswich and Willowbank in Queensland as confirmed by Royal Queensland Police - August 25, 2014. The accident occurred at approximately 5:30 A.M...Sylvester Stallone is believed to have been in the area while on vacation. He was identified by photo ID found at the scene. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been a factor in this accident. The Ipswich - Willowbank connector highway is known to be one of the most dangerous stretches of road in Australia due to road quality conditions and tight curves in the road. "

Many people who read the convincing news were already expressing their grief on the "demise" of the actor. Fortunately, Sylvester Stallone is very much alive. Mr. Stallone starred in several successful movie series such as Rocky, Rambo and the Expendables.

There was even a Sylvester Stallone death hoax video posted on Facebook. However, according to a Breathecast post, the supposed photo and video was actually taken from the archives Journal Star. The picture is actually an accident that happened in Beatrice, Nebraska in which a man did actually die.

Media Fetcher describes itself on its website as a "Celebrity Fake News Hoax Generator" and encourages its readers to generate their own death hoax stories about their favorite or hated celebrity.
