Blackberry Passport Release Date, Specs, Price, Reports And Rumours: The Blackberry Passport Expected To Be Launched At A Media Event Pegged For September 24^th

We have the latest news for you on the release date, specs, price, reports and rumours of the Blackberry Passport. There has been so much talk about the Blackberry's newest device, the Blackberry passport, which has leaked in the web that there is hardly anything to unveil about the phone. The only thing maybe that they would unveil is the device's price point. Otherwise I can confidently say that everything else about this device has actually been leaked gradually into the web since rumours about the device started circulating. However, it does not mean that this device is not one to look forward to. It certainly is. Coming in a square-like shape, this device is expected to attract a large market base for itself and you can be sure that Blackberry will be in for huge sales once the product has been launched.

ZDNet's Larry Dignan has come out very keenly to mention that the device could succeed in Asia and Europe, the two regions which have more people at home with larger devices. He saw the device earlier in the year and described it as 'crazy enough to work'. Therefore, we do expect the new Smartphone to be a huge success for Blackberry. The Waterloo, Ontario company announced that they would have a media event pegged for September 24^th but there would be three events held in tandem, one in Toronto, another in Dubai and another in London.  During the company's June earning call, the company's CEO John Chen said, "In September, we will host an event to showcase our device portfolio for the fiscal year 2015. We're launching a brand-new device called Passport in September in London. Most of the information has been leaked to websites, so you guys should go ahead and check that out. This will be followed by the Classic coming out in November."

The Classic will also becoming out later in the year and although most of its features have leaked into websites, we can expect it to be even more anticipated because of what the device is all about. It was said that the device would have the old blackberry look and structure but would be integrated with the modern Blackberry Operating system and this is why it will be even more anticipated than the Passport.
