'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Season 2 Cast, Released Date and Other News: Welcome Back! Ed Helms Returning as Guest Starring in Seventh Episode

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 will return to Fox in September 28, Sunday night. According to Enstarz, Brooklyn survived its first season in contrast with its other rival comedy shows.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 Cast: Guest Star Ed Helms

TV Guide reports that Ed Helms has a guest role in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Mr. Helm's character is a United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) agent. They do not have a smooth working relationship with Detective Jake Peralta.

Dan Goor the co-creator and executive producer of the show hinted that Mr. Helms might return to the show after his guest appearance. He said, "Anybody who enters this world can come back." He adds, "Mike Schur (co-creator and executive producer) and I know Ed from The Office and The Daily Show, so he'll be great and hopefully he'll have fun and be back."

Aside from Ed Helms, guest stars for season two will include Eva Longoria, Kyra Sedgwick, Jenny Slate and Terrel Owens.

Guest Stars from the previous season includes Adam Sandler, Andy Richter, Craig Robinson, Fred Armisen and Patton Oswalt.
