In the exciting finale of the previous season of the hit TV series Supernatural, viewers witnessed Dean's death courtesy of Metatron which led to his subsequent transforming into a demon himself, being under the influence of the Mark of Cain. His brother Sam is now in a desperate hunt in order to find him.
As revealed by Hypable, Supernatural Season 10 Episode 1 will begin with Sam's frantic search for his lost brother who suddenly went missing without any clue. This searching will lead him down a dark path that will shake them up to their very core. Castiel, meanwhile has to fix things during the aftermath of Metatron's undoing. With the growing challenges and emerging threats from all around them, the show's heroes will once again be pushed to their very limits.
The tagline "Wrestle with your demons," which accompanied the newly - released latest poster revealed by CW last Tuesday appears to be very appropriate considering the dark turn of events in the upcoming season. The poster also featured the show's stars Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins as well as Mark Sheppard.
More Supernatural Season 10 spoilers revealed that one episode, entitled "Soul Survivor," will be directed by Ackles, and the fifth episode-which would mark its 200th-will be called "Fan Fiction" and will appear somewhat as a musical.
The Supernatural Season 10 released date is scheduled on October 7th, Tuesday.
