'The View' Talk Show ABC New Season Premieres 2014, Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace Announced as New Co-Hosts
ABC has announced that their popular daytime talk show "The View" will be adding actress Rosie Perez and commentator Nicole Wallace as new co-hosts. Perez and Wallace will be filling the seats of Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy who left the show last month.
The new season of "The View" kicks off Monday, September 15th with co hosts Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg and now Perez and Wallace.
Wallace served as communications director for George W. Bush and did three guest co-hosting stints this year. Perez also served as a guest co-host on "The View" in February.
"These are powerful and accomplished women from different walks of life who have had amazing personal and professional experiences. Each brings incredible perspective and information to the table," said Bill Wolff, executive producer. "This mix of smart, vibrant and energetic women is unlike anything else on daytime television."
