After receiving the news from her uncle, she still manage how to control things and still want to act as normal as possible not to think that she is sick in order for her to balance everything, work, family and love life in the character of Dominic Russo, in the personality of "Richard Brancatisano". Her family members of Sara Carver - Mary Page Keller - April's mother, works as a therapist. Her sister - Haley Ramm will play the character Brenna Carver, a rebellious teenager.
