The Mentalist Season 7 Latest News: Simon Baker Directing, Spoilers and Updates
With the previous season ending, with Jane and Lisbon kissing, fans cannot believe that they actually have to wait, for a couple of months, before The Mentalist Season 7 will premiere its first episode. It's such a long wait. According to sources, Lisbon and Jane's relationship can go both ways - either they'll end up together or break-up for good. Sadly, this is going to be the show's last season and fans will surely miss his quirky remarks, and how he reads people's personality spot on.
In The Mentalist Season 7, the Australian actor Simon Baker is going to direct the fifth episode titled, "The Silver Briefcase." This is not the first time Baker has directed an episode for The Mentalist. Fans can see his directorial work in the following episodes: "Red Moon," "Blinking Red Lights," "Red Sails in the Sunset," and "My Blue Heaven."
Actor Tim Kang, (Cho), gave us an update as to what's keeping the cast and crew busy. The actor tweeted, "Can't believe we're already starting to shoot the 5th episode of the 7th season. Time's flyin."
John Harper wrote some of the episodes for The Mentalist Season 7 and this were: "Nothing But Blue Skies, "The Greybar Hotel," "Orange Blossom Ice Cream," and "The Silver Briefcase."
Erika Flynn is going to team up, again, with Patrick Jane in show's final season. She agreed to work with the CIA and Jane, in exchange, for a pardon on all the charges against her. But we all know Erika, and it's very possible that she has her own agenda. She may want to interfere with Lisbon and Jane's relationship.
A new character is going to spice things up this coming season. Josie Loren is going to play the role of Michelle Vega, an FBI agent neophyte, who doesn't know who Patrick Jane is. Is there a possible love triangle between Vega, Jane, and Lisbon? I guess, we just need to wait until 2015 then.
