Bones Season 10 Spoilers: Cast and Producer Shares Details of New Season, Premieres this September 25
Fox is proud to announce that Bones is having its 10th season, set for release on September 25, 2014. Its main stars, Emily Deschanel (as Brennan) and David Boreanaz (as Booth), are also happy about the new season, as they both reflect on what it's like to be in the show on its tenth year.
At Fox's Fall Eco-Casino Party in Santa Monica, Emily Deschanel gave a few hints about the new season, "Booth is in prison and we're trying to get him out and that's very dramatic. We think he's going to get killed in prison because he's put all these guys in prison and now he's in prison with them and they're trying to kill him, so we're working to get to the bottom of the conspiracy".
In an interview held at Sat Diego Comic-Con 2014, the show's executive producer Stephen Nathan also shared a few details, "Here are two characters who have spent the previous seven or eight years coming together as a couple, and here they are torn apart. So it's really yet another test of the strength of this relationship".
Here's what happened. At the end of season 9, Booth and Brennan's home was destroyed, and Booth was framed and falsely arrested for murdering three federal agents. Now, Brennan tirelessly tries to get Booth out of prison, until a dead body is found. This helps Brennan unravel a conspiracy that's been going on for decades.
Meanwhile, Emily Deschanel shared her thoughts about the show coming to its 10th season. She said, "So many things have happened...we've been able to follow these characters and these relationships over time and see how they change and that's been wonderful".
Bones season 10 starts September 25, 2014 on Fox.
