Fantastic Four 2015 Movie News: Set on a 2015 Release with an All New Cast
It seems that there are a lot of film reboots around these days, specially previously shown superhero movies. It is not surprising that Marvel is now making plans on a Fantastic Four movie reboot set for a 2015 release. Though we don't have much news about the upcoming film because of the closely guarded details, we're happy to share about more important things like the cast and who will be the movie's main villain.
Strengthening the news were recent leaks of Doctor Doom's photos circulating the Internet not too long ago, confirming speculations that the infamous Fantastic Four villain would be taking on a major role on the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot.
But what everyone is curious about, are the brand new Fantastic Four cast. Lucky for fans of the comic book series, they have decided to go with younger looking actors to conform with the ages of the characters. Taking on the role of Mister Fantastic is 27-year old Miles Teller, who is known for his roles in the Divergent series, Whiplash, Rabbit Hole and The Spectacular Now. Following his lead is 31-year old Kate Mara, who will be taking on the role of Sue Storm a.k.a The Invisible Woman. She previously worked on Transcendence, 127 Hours and another Marvel movie, Iron Man 2. The Thing will be portrayed by Jamie Bell who is known for his indie film roles such as Billy Elliot and Nymphomaniac though he had also gotten roles in Jane Eyre, Snowpiercer, King Kong, Jumper and The Adventures of Tintin. Finally, Michael B. Jordan will be taking on Johnny Storm a.k.a The Human Torch and is known for his television roles in House M.D., All My Children and The Boondocks.
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time's very own Toby Kebbell will also be in the Fantastic Four 2015 movie as Doctor Doom.
The world famous quartet of superheroes were first portrayed by Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards or Mr. Fantastic, Jessica Alba as Sue Storm or Invisible Woman, Michael Chiklis as Ben Grimm or The Thing and Chris Evans as Johnny Storm or The Human Torch.
Watch out for the upcoming Fantastic Four movie reboot on June 19, 2015.
