The Originals Season 2: The Originals fight over grief and their inner demons in the much-awaited Season Premiere
The Originals Season 2 is bigger and better than before, reports are saying, as the premiere date looms over our heads day after day.
In fact, the recent synopsis released by CW about The Originals season 2 tells more about the upcoming season, particularly on who will be coming back to Mystic Falls. According to the post, "Season 2 finds our heroes adjusting to a new status quo, with the newly empowered werewolves controlling the city and a myriad of unknown threats lurking".
One of these would involve Klaus, played by Joseph Morgan, and Hayley, played by Phoebe Tonkin, swearing to exact their revenge on the death of their daughter, Hope. However this proves to be no easy task as the two will also have to fight their inner demons. In addition, Haley adjusts into her life as a vampire-werewolf hybrid while Klaus tries to get his strength back. Elijah, played by Daniel Gillies, meanwhile has his sights set on getting back at Francesca Correa, played by Peta
Sergeant, and her werewolf pack who, if one may recall, was successful in taking over the French Quarter back in season one. But Elijah won't be alone as he has sought the help of Marcel, played by Charles Michael Davis.
With all of the plot complexities, more problems are coming over their way in The Originals season 2. In fact, Klaus and Elijah's parents have risen from the dead but they do not share the same intentions.
The show's executive producer, Michael Narducci further shared that in The Originals season 2, Klaus might destroy his enemies but with catastrophic effects and may be the ultimate cause for The Originals' trip back to Mystic Falls.
The Originals season 2 premiere date is on October 6 at 8 p.m on CW.
