After the movie's major delays, Seventh Son will finally be in theaters on 6th February 2015. The movie's script was written by Steve Knight ( The Hundred-Foot Journey and Locke), Charles Leavitt, who also wrote the Blood Diamond, and Matt Greenberg, who have written the Reign of Fire. These three amazing and great writers here received credits because of the screenplay's draft.

Another reason to watch Seventh Son is the movie's director Sergei Bodrow. His recent film was Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan, which was a critically acclaimed film. The film possesses visual sensibilities as well as production values of this modern world blockbuster. It has good and evil storyline that you can actually fin in some of the 1980's fantasy films.

John Gregory is the seventh son in the story as well as the local spook. He protects his country from witches, ghouls, and boggarts the best way he possibly can. However, John is getting older and he needs someone to follow his path to protect humankind from evils and ill-doers. Most of the chosen failed to finish the training and Thomas Ward is their last hope. Will he survive?
